When we arrange your first visit, we will ask that you arrive about ten minutes early. This allows you time to fill out your paperwork, and this information helps us get to know you and your needs a little better. For your convenience, you can also visit the Forms page of our website and download and complete your paperwork at your leisure before you arrive for your appointment.
When You First Arrive
You will first be greeted by our welcoming front desk team, then we will bring you back to your treatment room where we will take some x-rays and digital images as necessary. Next, you will meet Dr. Blake, and he will do a comprehensive exam for you. In some cases, if there’s time, we will also perform a dental cleaning. Based on his findings, Dr. Blake will spend time answering your questions and discussing any needs that you might have. We will then work together to develop a plan for treatment going forward.
